Step 1: Navigate through the catalog and add items to your cart.

Step 2: Once all the items are added to your cart, you will need to go to your cart to find the MyUS button. 

Here you will be given a pop up asking for you to sign in or create an account.

 

Step 3: If you already have an account enter it here and use the addresses, you have saved to the account.  Otherwise continue through the prompts to setup your account.

Step 4: Once you have completed the setup, an address will be provided for you to where your order will ship to in the US.

You will receive an email with new account set up information as well, if you miss something.
